百合目（Liliales）是被子植物的一个目，包含百合科（Liliaceae）、秋水仙科（Colchicaceae）、藜芦科（Melanthiaceae）等10个科。APG IV系统认为百合目属于核心被子植物中的单子叶植物分支；多识被子植物系统因此将其置于百合亚纲百合超目之下。
词源
百合目的学名Liliales由百合属（属百合科）学名Lilium的复合形式Lili-加上表示目的等级后缀-ales构成。该词为复数形式，故在做主语时应与动词的复数形式搭配。
本目中文名亦由“百合属”一名中的专名“百合”加上“目”字构成。
