葫芦目（Cucurbitales）是被子植物的一个目，包含葫芦科（Cucurbitaceae）、秋海棠科（Begoniaceae）、马桑科（Coriariaceae）等8个科。APG IV系统认为葫芦目属于核心真双子叶植物中蔷薇类里的豆类中的固氮分支；多识被子植物系统因此将其置于蔷薇亚纲蔷薇超目之下。
词源
葫芦目的学名Cucurbitales由南瓜属（属葫芦科）学名Cucurbita的复合形式Cucurbit-加上表示目的等级后缀-ales构成。该词为复数形式，故在做主语时应与动词的复数形式搭配。
本目中文名由“葫芦科”一名中的专名“葫芦”加上“目”字构成，最终来自于葫芦科中文名的基名属葫芦属（Lagenaria）。
