金鱼藻目（Ceratophyllales）是被子植物的一个目，仅含金鱼藻科（Ceratophyllaceae）一科。APG IV系统认为金鱼藻目属于核心被子植物较为基部的分支，是真双子叶植物的可能姊妹群；多识被子植物系统因此将其置于金鱼藻亚纲金鱼藻超目之下。
词源
金鱼藻目的学名Ceratophyllales由金鱼藻属（属金鱼藻科）学名Ceratophyllum的复合形式Ceratophyll-加上表示目的等级后缀-ales构成。该词为复数形式，故在做主语时应与动词的复数形式搭配。
本目中文名亦由“金鱼藻属”一名中的专名“金鱼藻”加上“目”字构成。
